Our World Book Day celebrations began with a visit from the published author, Miles Salter. His work with the children inspired them to produce some fantastic writing. The children enjoyed dressing up in some wonderful costumes.
Our World Book Day celebrations began on Tuesday with a visit from the published author, Miles Salter. Miles ran a series of workshops with the children from Y2 to Y6, which included drama, music, jokes and writing. His work with the children has inspired them to produce some fantastic writing. We finished off the week with a fun-filled dressing up day and shared our amazing writing in our celebration assembly.
All the children will be bringing home their World Book Day vouchers today. Enjoy spending them!
