Year 6 visited the Teesmouth Field Centre to complete their geography work on rivers. They also visited the Transporter Bridge and went to the beach to see the mouth of the river.
Last week, Year 6 visited the Teesmouth Field Centre to complete their geography work on rivers. They learnt about the journey of the River Tees from source to mouth. They visited the Tees Transporter Bridge and found out about present and past industry along the Tees.
In the afternoon they went to the beach to see the mouth of the river. On the beach they also built models of the river using any natural resources that they could find.
